FAQ

How much are tickets?
  • 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Regular Hours): $20 per person
  • 10:00 PM – Midnight (Late Night Experience): $30 per person

Tickets are valid only for the specific date purchased. For example, if you buy a ticket for October 29th, it can only be used on October 29th — not on any other night.

How long does the experience take?

The entire experience averages about 30 minutes from the time you arrive until you leave. Some groups may move through faster, while others take a little longer.

Will there be tour guides?

Yes. Every group has a dedicated tour guide who stays with you from start to finish.

How big are the groups?
  • Tours can include up to 12 people per group.
  • We recommend groups of 6–8 for the best experience.
  • Larger groups can be accommodated upon request.
Are the actors allowed to touch the guests?

No. Actors will not touch guests, and guests are not allowed to touch the actors.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Partially. Some areas may not accommodate wheelchairs, but staff and guides will assist with bypassing those sections. Guests using wheelchairs will still be able to experience a large portion of the attraction.

Will there be strobe lights, fog, or loud noises?

There will be fog, special lighting, confined spaces, and sudden loud effects. Strobe lights will be minimal, if used at all.

Will there be lineups?

Yes. Lineups are expected. The earlier you arrive, the shorter your wait will be.

Do we wait inside or outside?

There are heated areas inside Crossmount for guests to line up. If those areas fill up, you may be asked to wait in your car. While waiting, you’ll be able to tune into a special radio station, and we’ll page you over that station when it’s your turn to come into the indoor queue.

Can you buy tickets at the door or online?

Both options are available. We recommend purchasing tickets online to guarantee your spot. If online sales for a night sell out, walk-up sales may not be available.

What time should guests arrive for their time slot?

There are no specific time slots. Admission works on a first-come, first-serve basis starting when doors open.

Is there a way to skip the line?

Yes. A Skip the Line Pass is available for an additional $20 per person, but it can only be purchased on location. Skip the Line passes are not available online.

What happens if we get too scared once we’re inside?

If at any point you feel too scared to continue, our staff and tour guides will escort you safely out of the attraction. However, there are no refunds for leaving early.

Is there anything extra at the Carnival?

Yes! Crossmount offers food and beverages for purchase, and we highly recommend checking that out as part of your night.

Final note
Remember, this experience is meant to be spooky fun, not extreme horror!
